Who is responsible

Anima Florens is run by Monica Kristin Hansen, Norwegian sole proprietorship, org. no. 920 594 743, N-9110 Sommarøy, Norway. Email: hi@monicafromnorth.com. I am responsible for the information stored about you here.

What I store

When you create an account: email address, your name if you give it, language choice and whether you want the letters.

When you buy something or become a member: what you bought, when, and the status of your membership. I never see or store card details — the payment service handles them.

When you use the site: articles you saved, where you left off, and who referred you, if anyone.

Why

To give you access to what you bought or subscribe to, send the letters you asked for, and be able to answer you. The legal basis is our agreement (purchases and account), your consent (letters) and the duty to keep accounts (receipts are kept for five years under Norwegian bookkeeping law).

Who helps me (processors)

Stripe — takes payments and handles cards, VAT and receipts.

Kit — sends the newsletters (to be connected later).

The email service that sends sign-in links and confirmations.

The hosting provider that stores the website and database.

Some of these may store data outside the EEA; if so, protected by the EU standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can see, download or delete your data at any time under My page → Profile. You can also turn off the letters there.

If you delete your account, everything not required for bookkeeping is removed.

Cookies

The site only uses what it needs to work: sign-in, language choice and the payment form. No tracking, no ads, no third-party analytics. That is why you see no cookie banner.
