Prices and payment
Prices in NOK include 25 % Norwegian VAT. Prices in USD are shown with any applicable tax added at checkout. Payment is handled securely by Stripe. You get a receipt by email.
Delivery
The products are digital and delivered as soon as payment is approved. You find them under My page → My experiences.
Right of withdrawal
Because the content is delivered immediately, you consent at checkout to delivery starting right away and confirm that the right of withdrawal then lapses. All sales are therefore final.
Membership
Membership renews automatically every month or year. You can cancel at any time under My page → Membership. Cancellation takes effect from the next period — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
If something does not work
If a product does not work as described, write to hi@monicafromnorth.com within reasonable time. I will fix it, send you a new version or refund you. Your statutory consumer rights always apply.
Use
What you buy is for personal use. The content must not be shared or resold.
Disputes
We will always try to find a solution together. Otherwise you can contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority or the EU online dispute portal. Norwegian law applies.
